Scholarship Description

The BLM² Scholarship was founded on the belief that any motivated individual in need should have the opportunity to further his or her education. Removing some of the financial burdens associated with college, BLM² plays a vital role in increasing college access to minorities. All BLM² Scholars are asked to “give back“ in some capacity by community service, mentoring others or donations.

The BLM² Scholarship Foundation program is designed to address the financial needs of minority college students and award outstanding high school graduates who plan to earn a baccalaureate degree from an accredited, four-year college or university with financial assistance:
• Scholarships are to be utilized at an institution of higher learning.
• Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in the year of the award (2024).
• Applicant must hold a high school Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Student must be enrolled as a full time student during the 2023-2024 Fall Academic Semester.
• Be a minority (e.g. African American, Hispanic, Asian or Pacific American or Alaska Native, etc.)
