Bob and Valerie Valaas Health Sciences Scholarship

In 2007, Valerie established a scholarship fund at the Community Foundation of North Central Washington to benefit students entering the Allied Health program at Wenatchee Valley College.

Eligibility:

- Be a graduating senior or previous graduate from Wenatchee or Westside High School
- Plan to enter the Allied Health Program at Wenatchee Valley College
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Demonstrate financial need
- Demonstrate interest and potential aptitude in the health field and concern for others
