Graduate of a Chelan, Douglas, or Okanogan County high school. Or student who has permanent residence in Chelan, Douglas, or Okanogan County for a minimum of two years.
Pursing a RN or BSN degree
Will attend Wenatchee Valley College
Preference given to non-traditional students currently working in healthcare.
