Scholarship Description

The Catalino Tapia Scholarship provides financial assistance to underserved and underrepresented residents of the Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, or Alameda County (California) who are interested in attending college in any state. Applicants must be first generation students, and must have at least a 2.5 GPA in order to be elgible for this award.

Who can apply:

- High school seniors.
- General Educational Diploma holders (GED).
- Undergraduate students (all years).
- Community college students who are transferring to four-year universities.
- Graduate students.

- Undocumented, AB 540, DACA holders, U-Visa, and TPS holders.
- Students of color (BIPOC).
