Scholarship Description

The NAHMA Educational Foundation encourages application from any resident of an Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) member community who is a high school senior, holds a high school diploma, or GED and intends to continue, or begin, their pursuit in higher education in the 2025 year. Higher education includes attendance to an accredited college, university, community college, trade/professional school, or institute. The invitation is open to all those eligible to apply for scholarship grants to be awarded in 2025.

The following individuals are eligible to apply for a NAHMA Educational Foundation scholarship:

- High school seniors or individuals holding a GED planning to begin post-secondary studies in the 2025/2026 school year.

- High school graduates currently enrolled in college, university, community college, or trade/professional schools.
- Adults holding a high school diploma or GED pursuing additional educational opportunities.

- The student's primary residence must be at an AHMA/NAHMA member property.
- All high school seniors must have at least a 2.5 GPA. All college students must have at least a 2.3 GPA.
