Ralph and Clara Betcher Scholarship

This scholarship will support current or recent graduates from Waterville and Mansfield High Schools in their studies at vocational, technical, or trade schools or at a community college studying a trade or skill. Applicants must attend or plan to attend vocational, technical, or trade school OR major at a community college in a trade or skill. Post-secondary school must be in Washington, Oregon or Idaho
