Richard E. Bangert Business Award

This scholarship is funded by First Interstate Bank, family, friends, and estate of Richard E. Bangert (1920 – 2012.) Mr. Bangert served on the Board of ICW from the 1960’s through 2012, several of those years as chairman. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce and then attended the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Applicants must be a junior or senior at an ICW college in Fall 2025 and majoring in business or a business-related field. Demonstrated financial need is required.
