STEM Opportunity Scholarship

STEM education is essential to addressing key issues in the world including climate change and social justice.

Unfortunately, many students don’t have the opportunity to pursue their STEM dreams. There are fewer opportunities or emphasis on STEM education in rural areas of the United States. Additionally, scholarships are often more easily accessible to students who already have advantages for success, such as higher GPAs and better volunteer experience that may not be available to students who must work or are not part of a specific social group.

This scholarship seeks to support students who are passionate about pursuing STEM careers.

Any high school senior or undergraduate student in Minnesota who is studying STEM may apply for this scholarship.
