- Submit two (signed) letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation (signed) should be from individuals who are particularly aware and supportive of your academic and leadership capabilities as well as your accomplishments to date. NO PICTURES, PLEASE.
- A personal statement discussing your academic goals and expectations
- A list of your school and community activities/involvement (include dates)
- A list of honors and awards (include dates)
- A sealed transcript from the high school or college you are currently attending
