Scholarship Description
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Applicants must be a female, residing in Contra Costa County, California; must be a graduating High School Senior or Junior/Community College student who will be attending a 4-year College/University in the Fall; must have at least a 3.5 GPA, and must be active in community service and demonstrate financial need.
