C.E. Boucher Scholarship

The C.E. Boucher Scholarship is available to high school seniors, current college undergraduate or graduate students. Applicants must be a resident of the state of Washington or Oregon who is currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in the College of Engineering at one of the following schools for the entire upcoming academic year: University of Washington, Washington State University, University of Oregon, Oregon State University. Applicants must also have at least a 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need in order to be eligible for this award.
