Scholarship Description
The Connex Foundation will award scholarships up to $5,000 each in 2025 to individuals pursuing a career in the skilled trades (example: electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, carpentry), construction and/or facility management industry. The scholarships will be awarded to deserving Canadian individuals and deserving U.S. individuals.
Scholarship Criteria
1. Be a United States or Canadian citizen or permanent legal resident
2. At a minimum, a graduating high school senior or equivalent (GED)
3. Plan to enroll as a full-time student
4. Have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
5. Have a history of active involvement in extra-curricular activities, community service, or work experience
