Scholarship is open to current college undergraduates in their sophomore or junior year who will be enrolled in the 2025-26 academic year as a junior or senior

Applicants must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university, and must
be a resident of or be attending school in one of the following states:

-Alaska
-Arizona
-California
-Idaho
-Washington
