Oregon College Savings Plan’s Diversity in Leadership Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to support underrepresented and diverse students in pursuing higher education in Oregon. Scholarship is open to high school seniors, and Oregon residents who will be enrolling as a freshman at a public or private institution of higher education in Oregon, including community college, trade school, or a qualifying apprenticeship program through a Title-IV eligible Oregon school.
