Any student pursuing an associate degree or technical school certification may apply for this scholarship if they strive to give back to their community.

To apply, provide a headshot (school or professional), and write a 400-600 word essay about a challenge you’ve overcome, how this scholarship will help you give back, and how you would encourage young people to pursue philately.
