Any high school student from Winona High School in Texas can apply for this scholarship.

To apply, write a 400-600 word essay about what type of college degree you want and why. If you were a student of Tebra Hopson's, please share a personal story about the impact she's made on your life. Additionally, please submit a recent photo of yourself, preferably a previous school photo.
