Scholarship Description
Scholarship is open to non-traditional (individuals who did not enroll into college the year after graduating high school) students age 24 and older pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree OR graduate students age 30 or older.
Applicants must reside in the state of Washington; must plan to enroll full-time or part-time in undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school, and must demonstrate finacnial need.
