Preference given to students planning to attend a vocational or technical college, apprenticeship program, or if they will pursue a course of study leading to a career in business. It is important that the students plan to pursue a degree, certificate, training, or apprenticeship in a vocational, technical, trade or business career.

Available to graduating seniors from Hudson’s Bay High School who plan to attend Clark College. One new award of $2,000 will be made each year. Once awarded, this scholarship is renewable for a total of three years. The first two years recipients must attend Clark College. To be eligible for a third award, recipients must attend Washington State University Vancouver. Amounts may vary from year to year.

Available to residents of Clark County, WA who are currently pursuing post-secondary education or plan to pursue it during the upcoming academic year. Recipients must be employed a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Available to graduating seniors from Stevenson High School. Students selected to receive this scholarship must be graduating high school seniors from Stevenson High School who plan to continue their education at an accredited college, university, career, or technical school during the following school year.

A generous donor established this fund in 2011 to provide assistance to members of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington. This scholarship focuses on students who have a strong work ethic and desire to improve themselves.

Available to graduating seniors from Cordova High School, Cordova, Alaska. Percy Conrad was a longtime resident of Cordova, Alaska. He established this scholarship to benefit the community that welcomed him when he first arrived. Percy's idea of Marine Biology is not limited to the study and development of the ocean for commercial and personal purposes, but includes the rivers and streams running into it. He recognizes a need to protect, preserve, and renew fresh water features for commercial and personal use.

Available to students who have graduated from a high school (or the equivalent) in Clark County, Washington and have been a recipient of Special Education services or have a documented disability.

This scholarship fund has a strong interest in supporting the most marginalized populations of students that are pursing any post-secondary education pathway, including all the following: degrees, certificates, proficiencies, or hands-on career skill building. Career pursuits can be anything from Pre-Medicine or Welder, to Certified Truck Driver, or Tattoo Artist, AND the list of career pursuits is endless. The scholarship intent is to provide the potential to lift a student out of the circumstances they are in…if they so desire.

The Maury and Betty Hull Scholarship was created to honor their lives and appreciation for their hometown, Forks, WA. The scholarship was established to help community students pursue their higher education dreams. Available to graduates of either the Quillayute Valley School District or the Cape Flattery School District in Washington state.

Available to Clark county residents who are current college students entering their third or fourth year of undergraduate coursework to obtain their bachelor’s degree in education. Applicants must have earned a minimum 3.0 GPA in college coursework.

Available to students who lost a parent that served in the U.S. Armed Forces from 2001 to present, and either the student or the deceased parent once lived in Clark, Cowlitz or Skamania Counties.

The ACT-SO Program includes 33 competitions in areas such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Humanities, Business, and Performing, Visual and Culinary Arts, Aviation, Medical fields. Students can compete in up to three different categories of the 33 areas to choose from. Participants work with community-based volunteers for one year to develop projects and presentations. The experience culminates in local and national events where students compete for awards, and national gold medal winners are eligible for scholarships. The first year of the Vancouver Branch ACT-SO culminated with two participants receiving medals at the national competition. The success of the program created interest in supporting the local ACT-SO participants with scholarship opportunity. In partnership with the Community Foundation, the NAACP Vancouver Branch established this scholarship fund. Awards may range from $2,000 - $5,000. Two, $2,500 scholarships will be awarded in 2023.The number and size of awards may be determined by the scholarship committee annually. Requirements - Have participated in the NAACP Vancouver Branch ACT-SO program - Continue their education at an accredited college, university, Historically Black Colleges, technical or career school during the upcoming school year. Preference will be given to: - ACT-SO Medalists - First-generation students - Demonstrated financial need

Initially, two scholarships will be awarded in 2024. One $5,000 scholarship to a CAM Academy High School of Battle Ground High School, one $5,000 scholarship to a Ridgefield High School graduating senior, and one $5,000 scholarship to a Woodland High School graduating senior. Recipients may apply again to be considered for renewal if they apply each year and continue to meet eligibility requirements: majoring in the STEM or business fields, demonstrating a minimum 3.00 GPA and continuing financial need. Requirements Scholarship recipients must: be a graduating senior from CAM Academy in Battle Ground School District, Ridgefield High School, or Woodland High School have a minimum of a 3.00 GPA plan to major Business or STEM fields continue their education at an accredited college, university, technical or career school during the upcoming school year.

The ISL Midwest Senior Scholarship is open to high school seniors, and parents of students, who are: - Legal U.S. residents. - Residents of Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota or Wisconsin. - Planning to attend, physically or virtually, an eligible college the fall following the registration dates. There are no financial need, minimum grade point average or class rank requirements for the ISL Midwest Senior Scholarship.

This scholarship is intended to grant college tuition funds and supplement college costs to local individuals, who have a similar interest in organic and sustainable agriculture, as did Robert J. Meyer. In addition, applicants should have a commitment, the disposition and passion for gaining the knowledge, skills, and business & the technical aptitude that will result in making a contribution to improve South Puget Sound based sustainable organic agriculture system and ecosystem The requirements for an applicant to the Robert J. Meyer Scholarship funds include the following: - Be a current resident of the Washington counties of Thurston, Lewis, or Mason or lives in or attends high school in Elma or Montesano - Intend to enroll in an education institution or engage in an educational opportunity which will be brought back to the South Puget Sound region of Western Washington state - Desire to concentrate their education in one of the following a fields of study: agricultural sustainability, organic farming/ranching or sustainable ecosystems within the South Sound Region of Western Washington

AFWA Seattle Chapter requirements: - Shall be either a part-time or full-time student, pursuing either an Associate’s of Applied Science, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent designated post-baccalaureate Certificate of Accounting or Finance. - Shall have completed a minimum of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours within four weeks of the application deadline. - Shall have maintained a minimum grade point average of 2.05 overall and 3.0 in Accounting or Finance. - Shall be attending an accredited Washington State community college, college, university or professional school of Accounting or Finance or be a Washington State resident.

ABWA General Scholarship If you are aspiring to have a career in finance or accounting, you can apply for the ABWA scholarship. The scholarship can help a woman of color on her journey to become a businesswoman by providing additional funds to use toward their college education. Candidate must: Be a full or part-time High School or College student pursuing a career in accounting and/or finance. Have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Be a current Student Member of A.B.W.A. If you are not, please apply for a membership before continuing with the scholarship application. Membership for students is free. Students are entitled to a free ABWA membership as long as they maintain their student status. Students must be full-time undergraduate/graduate or full or part-time High School students.

Awarded to up to five (5) practicing Catholics from the Diocese of Yakima attending or planning to attend a Catholic college or university. Emphasis is on a commitment to serve the church through past activities and future plans and goals. Current recipients will be eligible to reapply and will compete with new applicants. Recipients can expect to receive $1,000 - $2,000.

Recipient will be attending, or plan to attend, a Catholic college or university and demonstrate a commitment to serve the church through past activities and future plans and goals. Priority for this renewable scholarship is given to students graduating from Naches Valley High School who attend St. John Parish in Naches, WA. Recipient can expect to receive approximately $8,000.

Awarded to a graduating senior of A.C. Davis High School in Yakima, WA. Emphasis for scholarship is overcoming adversity through personal growth. This scholarship is intended for graduates planning to attend college, university, or vocational/technical schools. Recipient of this one-time scholarship can expect to receive $2,500.

Any female high school or undergraduate student who has at least a 3.0 GPA and has contributed to the musical arts (band, chorus, orchestra, etc.) may apply for this scholarship. Applicants must be of Middle Eastern or Asian descent, but Pakistani students are preferred.
